We are seeking PR INTERNS

We’re looking for a smart, high-energy creative, dependable, stellar self-starters to become part of our team. You must be able to think and work collaboratively, as well as independently. No shy flowers please — we are looking for a take-charge, get things done team player. This position has potential for permanent hire for the right candidates! Also offer school credit opportunities for students returning back to school. This is an unpaid internship position.

Job Responsibilities:

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL DEMONSTRATE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
* Love fashion, beauty, home decor, wellness and trending lifestyle
* Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write publicity not sales with a combination of persuasiveness and professionalism
* Very strong internet research skills, with the ability to navigate and assess a host of info from the information super highway
* Strong oral communication skills, both in person and over the phone, and the ability to express what it is you want to get across, an understanding of the pr pitch and how to develop a “hook” and angle to position our clients for optimum exposure in electronic, print and web media.
* A very strong work ethic, with a proven history of working passionately to achieve goals

You will:
Develop and maintain media lists and editorial calendars.
 
Perform account related research via the Internet and other PR-related sources.

Manage and Create interesting Social Media Content
Dream Up Creative Press Packaging 
Write and produce press releases/media blasts
Creative brainstorm 

Multimedia Placement Tracking & Coverage 
Administrative duties
